Should you take DHEA before you can take T?

I've been taking DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) at 100 mg for about a month now and I know the risks guys: please be aware of that when reading this. The only major risk that you should be concerned about taking medication can cause kidney failure, but this usually occurs when the person is taking multiple medications/supplements/vitamins for a prolonged period of time.

I am aware of this because my great-grandfather passed away due to kidney failure while he was on medication prescribed by a professional about ten years ago.

I would only suggest taking this if you have a difficult time passing and passing would help with depression. This medication improves your fitness performance (bigger muscles faster), improving your mood, higher sex-drive (yes - I know), and strengthening your immune system.

*I mentioned fitness performance because the increase in muscle has been known to help FTMs pass better.

Alright my ultimate way to determine if you should are

  • Are you currently taking medication and if so how many? Over the counter(Ibuprofen, AllerClear, etc)?
  • Does your family have a history of kidney failure, if so was it caused by medication?
Disclaimer: Please be at least 18 years old before deciding to take this supplement.

Sorry, originally said liver (don't know why) but it was kidney failure.
