Decline in LGBT Support Theory

If you haven't heard about the research done by the Pew Research Center I suggest you click here for the article done by Huffington Post.

Recently there has been a decline in support for the LGBT community.  I had a prediction that this might happen mainly because of what is called a clique, and more then not cliques are not usually healthy and can be psychologically traumatizing. A clique isn't a group of friends that 'click', but rather a group of people who are together for power and popularity. Members must conform to the group’s idea of what is cool dress and cool behavior. Unfortunately, not everyone outgrows this concept, and I'm pretty sure majority don't. I know for a fact you know what I'm talking about.

Please remember, a statistic can be altered by the slightest change in numbers, and you can't always trust a study done. I understand that Pew Research Center is one of the least bias, and acclaimed most reliable polling organization.

It's more then likely that by the time 2016 rolls around there will little debate about gay marriage, which will be a huge relief so we don't have to debate about someone's rights.

I'm Back... And wow!

I left all the world of Blogger for a while so I could get acclimated to a new school environment.  Of course, there was so much that happened and lets just say... it didn't work out. Collage and me didn't exactly get along very well.

I was kind of in a rut this year, and couldn't exactly figure out why I wasn't... feeling it. I didn't have time to find a job and I didn't have the time to... you know continue being this great person who posts once a day. I'll be as transparent as I need to be.

Alright, so wow! I wasn't aware that when I left there would be about five people per week viewing this blog. Before I left
there were only four hundred views on this blog, and when I returned there were over a thousand views.

That's about it. This is my reintroduction to this blog. I have new social media to share with you.

Inspiration from my father

I had a talk with my father about being transgender, and this is what he had to say about it. I was really glad he was able to make me feel more confident about being me.

Re-launching "Natural" Transitioning Trial

Alright last time I was unable to purchase the suppliments for the transition but I have a shipping coming in about 2-5 days from now.

Suppliments I'll be using:

Universal Nutrition Animal Pak Sports Nutrition Supplement - it contains many of the vitamins such as ZMA and other amazing elements, and it had an excellent review so I'm going to give it a try. I'm getting the 44 pak.

PES Erase High Affinity Inhibitor - this is a testosterone booster and a estrogen blocker. And it also had an amazing review as well. It contains 90 caps. A bodybuilder suggesting this with caffeine to loose additional weight so I'll have a cup of coffee or tea with this.

All together I paid $52.02 this was a lifesaver I thought I'd have to put out over two hundred or more to get what I needed, but luckily I was proven wrong. I will start when I receive the products.

Also during the "transition" I will be eating foods that are supposed to boost T, losing additional weight (apart from the 37 lbs that I've already lost), cut down on sugar T-T, and continue working out.

I had an epiphany - Glasses helped me pass.

I was getting a eye exam done today and I had stigma in both of my eyes (mainly the right), and when trying on different frames to see which ones looked the best on me I found a pair that almost made me look like Cho Kyuhyun. I wasn't exactly thrilled to be 'cute' looking for a guy, but as long as I can pass for a guy I was happy with good enough.

So this might be something for someone who wears glasses and looking for an alternative way to pass I'd suggest looking at different glasses frames.

I finally told my best friend I was transgender....

Today was very difficult for me - I finally summed up the courage to tell my best friend of 12 years that I was Trans. It was one of the most nerve racking thing I've ever done, and will probably ever will do in my entire life. I've figured out its much easier to tell one or two people at a time instead of having a whole gathering of people, and soon it will just be a fact not a "OMG she wants to be a boy".

I was very excited to find out she is accepting, and I've known she's bisexual and supports the lgbt community but is still isn't used to me being transgender. And obviously she'll need time to acclimate to the idea of me being me or rather as a guy.

But as I change my physical appearance people will start to understand without being told, and it'll just become a fact "that's a boy" which will be really exciting for me.

Main things preventing me from passing in public

This is a photo of my torso... Obviously for safety purposes I will remain anonymous - not that I don't trust you guys it's just I haven't come out to my extended family, and just encase they happen to find this I don't want them knowing it's me.

So here's my passing problems:
  • Wide hips - I'm not too sure you'd be able to tell in this photo but I do have moderately wide hips.
  • Overweight - I'm sure many transguys struggle with this as well but this is something I feel prevents me from passing. But I've lost 35 lbs and still losing.
  • Can't find clothes that fit properly - I'm 5'6" and that's short for a guy... Well, shirts that I find in the men's section of stores almost go to my knees and the sleeves are too long.
  • Double-D Breasts - This is pretty self explanatory, my father has even said they look "above average".
  • Girly face - All the things that I could have been born with my face could compare to the Aphrodite painting.

Selfish

http://mimiandeunice.com/2010/07/27/selfish/

Most would like to believe that selfishness is evil and shouldn't be practiced, but when you're constantly putting others before your own happiness then what do you accomplish in life? I like to think we have to have some streak of selfishness in order to be happy in life. Not sacrificing someone else's happiness just putting your own needs and wants before another (when it is appropriate).

So we should accept there are things in this world that we desire and that's ok - regardless of someone else's belief. I'll usually put myself first if it's a case of sacrificing my overall happiness or another's pride/acceptance - because from my view if they have pride in hurting or belittling others it's not worth a thing, and their acceptance isn't worth my own pain.

Thank You to the LGBT of YouTube!

This is going to be quite lengthy and I'm going to name as many YouTubers as I can think of so please bear with me. I'm going to list their channel names and link them here:

I'll let you guys know right now that when I first discovered or rather started watching YouTube for entertainment I had no idea it would blow up this much. Needless to say it's become such a huge success.

During the weekends I would start casually watching videos on YouTube just interested in entertainment. I don't remember how I learned about the LGBT community. I wasn't aware that the acronym even existed until I was 17 years old.

But I first subscribed to Davey Wavey who is one of YouTube's most well known gay YouTuber, and from there learned about other LGBT YouTubers. But all of them had an amazing amount of positive energy and sent out inspiring messages to their viewers. I would suggest checking these people out.

Rant Post - I have a Confession

I like my femininity. I like that I look like female. That does not make me any less of a man! There are transgendered men who participate in drag, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. There is nothing that constitutes being a real man, and for those who do not like it they don't have to deal with it.

I feel that a topic such as this shouldn't involve the acknowledgment of the whole town, and people shouldn't have to deal with people cursing at them for being who they are. I don't see that happening in the near future unfortunately - though I do have to say that transgender people have come along way.

But it's gotten to the point that "freedom of speech" should have limitations, and there is so much conflict in the world that even I get worried if as a world we can ever learn to coexist. Because I've never learned prejudice against ANYONE... Alright but I did learn a little prejudice against Christians because the ones I grew up around aren't very nice people. The point is that it was LEARNED - initially I had no hate towards anyone until those people did wrong against me.

Tranny Wednesday - Feb 19 2014

You guys are probably aware that Jenny is my ultimate inspiration on YouTube. She always... Well that's an extreme but she seems to be able to put her best face on in order to make some elses day better, and she has a lot of good days which she makes others feel awesome for being trans*.

She does also provide, for those who are religious, with support from the Christian community.

I would suggest if you're having a hard time with your own transition to watch some of her videos and have a laugh. Seriously guys LAUGH!! Have a good time life would be boring if we took everything in life seriously.

Monday - eating with Jace

Today I decided to start off with our breakfast for the start of this year.

The things you'll need: half a avacado and Roma tomato, two eggs, jalapeños (preferred amount), and whatever condiment you prefer with eggs (I used BBQ sauce).

Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray an pre-heat (pre-heating the oil will give extra insurance that the food won't stick). Put your vegetables in first along with the jalapeños, sauté until the avacado starts browning, and the tomatoes become mushy. Add the egg in at this point.

You can make this into an omlent if you prefer; if you were to take the veggies out and fold then into the omlet this might make it more pleasing to the eye.

I chose to just scramble the egg since I wasn't giving this to someone else. And EAT!

Notes: if you are someone coming from eating larger portions I'd suggest adding a serving of rice.

Additional post

Originally I wanted to post only a couple days a week. But I thought it be smarter to post random post in between, so I'm not sure if they are going to be work place appropriate. And if they're not I will put a trigger warning ahead of time in the title.

I haven't been fully organized so expect posts to be a day late at most. Towards the end this quarter posts will be random and erratic. I can't be totally held responsible if they are not on schedule or on-topic. Bernard cooking session will definitely be on time since I can take pictures while cooking and with the ingredients as well, so that should not be a problem at all.

Please also be aware I'm going to be posting another page on the blog about the trigger warnings.

Living The Life Of Jace

As of tomorrow the new schedule will be in effect and we will resume as normal. Thank you for your patience,  I hope you guys had a good Valentine's Day. I've been sick for the past few days and extremely bored due to the end of this quarter. I've been having trouble with Strayer business office sick shouldn't of Strayer and have been frustrated.

So I'll see you guys tomorrow and I hope you have a good day, Jace!

Also I've been playing walking dead on the iPad mini and I have fully enjoying myself except the part that they have not finished season two. You guys check it out I love it. Also I have The game for my cats to play with it's sort of funny, and cheesy at the same time. I never thought I would like it. But unfortunately I was not able to find my school books in the e-book format. Since my school has not gone fully electronic with their books quite yet I hope you guys have more luck than I have. Other than that I'm sick as a dog and I'm pretty much homebound.

Also if you guys know why no one to making you two videos I would like to do well because I've been looking at my subscriptions on YouTube and not many people suffer fun-for-Louis has to making videos.

Now I'm signing off and I will see you tomorrow, sayonara!

Reviewing IPad Air

I did think the cameras would have produced clearer photos when zoomed in. But what it lacks it makes up in the processing speed. I have been playing multiple games on it since yesterday, an it seems to work well and I would reccomend this product to a friend. You can read ebooks bought from Amazon on the Kindle app and the isn't much else not to like about it. I don't personally like the Blogger app but it's useable.

As you cansee the quality isn't the best but it still gets the job done and it's a great product. So of you're looking to invest in a tablet I'd suggest looking the Apple tablets.

I'd rank it 8/10.

Tomarrow the new schedule will be in effect.

My Transsexual Summer Review

My God! This show was brilliant and hit the nail on the head. Anyone who hasn't had the pleasure of seeing it click here to view the first episode on YouTube (All of the episodes are on YouTube). The show was fallowing seven transsexuals (both ftm and mtf), and they are all in different stages in their transition.

Personally, I haven't seen many transgender films or tv series that featured real genuine transgender people as the focus. And I would like you guys be aware this film does feature a real surgery scene that might not be suitable for younger viewers - I don't like to sound like the announcer.

But please click here to view the main page.

I'm Getting my Ipad Mini tomarrow

So as a greater device then my shitty laptop I'll be able to take acceptable quality photos with it, and I'll be posting my test pictures here to show you guys. I'm so happy about this because as someone who grew up with very little I felt a little left out. Now I was able to get something that my annoying family can't afford - which feels so great.

I opted for the 32gb and space gray since my things always seem to end up with small spots on them due to having a tight space and a number of animals living with me.

I really had done the research to find which was going to be the best to fit my needs since I wanted to be able to increase the quality of my posts, and be able to do school work on it as well.

So tomorrow I'll be posting the test pictures.

New Blogging Schedule for 2014

My current laptop has become old (5 years old) and it's now showing its age. This coming Friday I'll be purchasing a tablet that I can use to blog on and do other stuff with. I'll be posting 3 blogs through-out the week.

Monday - Cooking with Jace: I'll show you a quick and simple meal that tastes amazing.

Wednesday - Tranny Newsy Wednesday: Talking about recent News that is relevant to transgender people.

Friday - Topical Friday: Not exactly how it sounds, but I'm going to find some topics I haven't already done on this blog and I'm going to address them.

I haven't decided which tablet I'll be purchasing but the decision will be made before the 15th of this month. I'm deciding between the Ipad Air and Amazon Kindle HDX 8.9.
