Personally I'm always curious about what others think about me, and it just depends on what's happened that day if I'll care or not. More recently I haven't been caring as much which is liberating - being happy for me and not having a care in the world is like a paid vacation (even if I'm working).
When this question is asked I usually respond; "Normal?"
Dictionary.com defines Normal as; "conforming to the standard or the common type; usual; not abnormal; regular; natural." Which just doesn't resonate with me because all my life I've tried to 'conform' to what people described as 'normal', and it obviously didn't work.
Sorry, not sorry?
So moral of this story is that you make your own normal. If someone says that you're not normal, or they believe that you're some weird person who doesn't deserve the time of day... then well who cares? You are you and just role with it. Nothing good is going to come from trying to act like someone else.
